(NFP) helps couples to plan their families and strengthen marital bonds through a greater awareness of the couple's fertility using the Billing's Ovulation Method (BOM). The BOM is taught in 14 Parishes in Singapore and covers all stages of life such as achieving pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause, etc. We hope to build a community of NFP users who can help one another journey along in this knowledge and practice of the method and to build strong marriages and families.
